The perfect representation of a kid adjusting to the superhero life. Discovering the hardships of life and the harsh realities of deadbeat parents and the struggles with foster care really make the character come out of its shell. The villain hardened by his own family and finally having the power over others shows the perfect revenge story and an interesting use of the Seven Deadly Sins. Paired with a great comedic theme, this is the most well-done superhero movie DC has come up with.

Created a different view of the Conjuring universe which is very refreshing. Throughout almost the entire movie it was gripping and intense, riddled with a good few jump scares. Gave us a better understanding on what the doll actually causes and it also emotionally connected us to the characters. In my opinion a very well-thought through storyline that was not just scary but emotional and kept you interested and waiting for more. Very much worth the watch. 9/10

Venom was AMAZING! Perfectly captured the relationship between Tom Hardy’s character Eddie Brock and Venom. It was perfectly captivating, action-packed, funny AND it’s family friendly. The acting was great and the story line was interesting and understandable. Definitely worth the watch.
