Terry Casey

I liked this movie and have a personal connection. While they were shooting in Detroit some business associates and I were at the Detroit Athletic Club playing a little basketball. At the other end of the court were a few guys doing the same. After a few minutes we all said how bout a pick up game?? As we met at center court we realized it was George Clooney and some of his friends/associates, but instead of saying anything we all just introduced ourselves by first name, hi I'm Terry, hi I'm George and so on. We ended playing for an hour or so, at a fun base as we were all about the same age. We had a few laughs and as we finished, shook hands and wished each other well. In hindsight as my group were cleaning up we said it was probably nice for him to be "one of the guys" He seemed to have fun. Now when I watch it and see the Detroit scenes or when they are playing basketball in the yard I can say I kinda helped him prep for that scene. Anyhow he was a nice guy and had a good sense of humor, I'm just glad his career and life has been pretty good since then. Downside to the story; I did not meet Jennifer Lopez. Maybe next time when they shoot Out of Sight x2!!
