Liz Pochter

Sorry, but I found this film to be tedious and unrewarding. There was no chemistry between the shallow, sadomasochistic main characters, and there were no leads on why they were so empty and lonely at their cores (or why they should be interesting to viewers). Other characters had promise but were never developed. The film was irritatingly foggy visually and auditorily (like there was one microphone in the room). Tilda Swinton's talents were wasted in her role. Of all the films Martin Scorsese could back, he chose this one?
