My daughter bought this cookbook as a gift for me last Christmas and it is great!! EVERY recipe I have made in this book is incredibly flavorful. I love cooking with this book and so does my family. They know if its coming out of this book its going to be great!
I've taken cooking classes at Cordon Blu in Paris and previously owned a catering business so my standards are pretty high and this cookbook never disappoints.
