As an older person, I found it difficult to keep up with the action, some characters..esp. those in disguise. I liked the train scene!

The length of the film and the slow careful camera work by ? helped draw the viewer into Julia so we almost taste her. The dilemma is between lifelong, irrevocable decisions or continuing the journey. And the director makes it work on a practical level and a sensual one.
