Manners, respect and professionalism seem to have gone out the window when it comes to political views and issues been aired on TV. The episode on Friday morning on Sunrise was unsettling and embarrassing to watch. Its screened during what would be seen as family viewing time and should be appropriate to watch with your children, instead we witnessed volatile indiscernible voices only. We switched off, when Natalie, I had hoped was trying to diffuse the situation but as our screen went blank it sounded like she just asked another political question. It is okay to have your opinion but don't ask questions if you don't want to listen to the answers - just another sad case of what our society is starting to look like.
