I love watching because I'm curious about so many aspects of obesity and I wonder how they get by day by day. I applaud many of them, however, there is one in particular that stands out her name is Penny. I've never seen such a selfish self centered person in denial. I feel especially sorry for her son, Liam. How dare she promise him things she'll never be able to get herself out of bed to do. Then she contradicts herself all through the show by what she tells the producer. But I guess that's what makes us watch.
