Excellent! Very informative and entertaining and eye opening.. Stuff I thought I already vaguely knew, clearly defined and demonstrated. I thought I had a healthy diet. I was shocked to discover how much hidden sugar I was actually consuming each day—upwards of 70 teaspoons! Yikes! Jolted into reality, I have been sugar free for nearly a month.
It was easier than I thought it would be, but I did not feel well for nearly three weeks! Intermittent nausea, fatigue, light headed, and my lower abs felt oddly and uncomfortably ‘heavy’.
I’m amazed I stuck it out, and now I definitely feel more energetic, alert, and my skin looks great. Thanks for the info, and the motivation!
