Just finished "You are what you eat" in Netflix. 4 episodes, pretty interesting. I mainly liked the fact how mindful we could be about learning where the food is coming from, the sources and how it impacts the food system/world. There were lots of things I didn't know. Being a non vegetarian converted to vegetarian, a lot of things were eye opening. However, there are several questions in mind which seemed unresolved or not touched on. The show ended with more focused on vegan diet being the best which is ok but that kind of contradicted the purpose with which it started. Definitely watch for knowledge.
