Disappointing CD. Too much spoken English which makes it difficult to focus on the Gaelic pronunciation. A bit sloppily put together. The Handy Phrases section doesn't include all the written phrases. Though the spoken phrases are clear it is all a bit breathlessly rushed and the claimed "pauses" to try the phrases are almost non-existent. A more general comment about the book is that the made up Englic pronunciation often bears little relation to what the speakers actually say, is in itself ambiguous (depending on the learner's background) and just adds confusion. If you have to provide a pronunciation guide why not use the International Phonetics Alphabet?
