I think the themes of sexual assault and substance abuse was handled very well by the game, especially the part of the game where you have to rush Ralph to the hospital after seeing him unconscious in a motel room, but the child molestation minigame and subsequent child-porn empire building was a bit too much for my tastes. 9/10 I think the gameplay could have use the extra year that i should have but the finished product is very satisfactory, albeit not for everyone.
