Never seen this film until last night, sometimes the over attention and hype worries you that it will distort how u watch it. Also not a big fan of Russell Crowe, not sure why. The film is amazing, touches your heart strings too. Cast and acting superb. Thank you for this film for winning me over, as tend to only watch the older 1950s and 60s epic type films. Yes wouldn't hesitate to recommend this film.

So disappointing this film, can't understand why it has all these high reviews. The characterisation in the acting is awful including a lot of the dialogue and was switched right off by the Roman soldier with the strongest Brummie accent I've ever heard. Even the Crucifixion scene is very brief with zero atmosphere. I know there is something not right about this film as I am usually not that difficult to please when it comes to films. Zero impact on me, unfortunately

I love this film, just never tire of watching it. Non stop action..the bus driver always stands out in my mind. Yes. Watch it and enjoy

This film is utterly outstanding. It takes you to things happening which other films don't do. It's like how you would dream something scarey to be. If you love Victorian Gothic things like me, this is just the film. The sequence of wolf man jumping across London skyline is like you are there and like the flying jumping dreams I have had. Great acting, love the gypsy encampment. Faultless film, just brilliant

This is a beautiful film, please watch it. I was given the dvd and the lead acting by Jennifer Jones is superb. This film can reduce you to tears, for all the right reasons. In am age and World where everything is going wrong and painful having some virtuous escape may help you

I really like this film, it's full on action, kind of sad too. I don't understand the ending but maybe watch it again. I would def recommend this film. Cool
