I really liked this show, it's not for learning how to cook, since they never do traditional barbecuing, but you do pick up on some tips throughout. I thought all the contestants had amazing personalities and everyone was super nice. Things got pretty emotional in the end when you really started to get attached to them, and seeing everyone help each other throughout the show was really nice. Most of the contestants were from Georgia and Carolina, wish they got someone from more different states. But they did get pro and home chefs mixed in, which made everything pretty interesting. There was no cash prize so there wasnt a reason for winning except for bragging rights, which I thought was nice. The judges were very fair and even, and knew what they were talking about. I hope there will be a season two, but I dont think they would be able to come up with anymore challenges.
