Essential viewing - series 3 and 4 especially. Superb performances by the family members (I hadn't realized how brilliant Olivia D'Abo was as Karen). Paul is a great support character, and the math teacher and grandfather are portrayed by truly great actors. Impossible not to shed tears for the nostalgic memories of family, school, friends, and lost love.
