Quiet open spaces cause audience to actively listen to and watch the story unfold. Simple. A slice of Americana pulling at threads of cultural realism relevant for us today but also just a fun slice of fiction. Poking at authenticity in television is refreshing and feels grounded.

Enjoyed the old FL vibe having grown up in FL myself. Each actor was very well suited for their role and just reeled me into their mysterious, dark and dangerous, lives. These people feel familiar, human, compelling. The notion of the water taking us all in is no doubt the tether we are tied to as we watch the drama unfold.
