Terrible, just terrible. As a huge fan of Venom and a even a fan of the first movie, this movie was one of the worst movies I’ve seen this year. The dialogue was irrelevant, dry and hard to understand at times and the flow and timing of the story and it’s progression was very fast and absolutely all over the place. Woody Harlson’s performance is pretty good and absolutely makes this film a 3 or 4/10 instead of a 1 or 2/10. The serial killer aspect was impressively jarring at times, but other than the fight scene at the end, this movie is a complete miss by Marvel. Maybe Covid and the pandemic happening right in the middle of the making of this film contributed to this, nonetheless a very poor movie.
