I must begin by stating that I’m a truly dedicated fan of all things Tarantino. That’s why it pains me to say that I found “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood “ to be predominantly slow ( a sleeper) & a boring tale as well. Ostensibly, it lacked the audacious writing ✍️ (dialogue) that made: True Romance; Reservoir Dogs 🐶; Natural Born Killers, From Dusk till Dawn, PULP FICTION ( his masterpiece) Kill Bill , Jackie Brown, Inglorious Basterds, Django unchained & the Hateful 8 & forever memorable, e.g. “Say what again...”; “Zed’s dead; the Bonnie situation , etc., etc. When “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood “ ended, I left the theater profoundly sad, that for the first time, Q.T., had struck out! I can only hope that Q.T. Shakes up the cinematic world 🌎 with number 10.
