If you can't see and/or understand the multiple story lines in this film that blend well, then I guess you would give it a sub pare review. Kid looses mom, an alien wants to go home, girl has a drunk for a father, kids are brought together from the tragity, sheriff has to grow up, all have to learn to let go but never forget, loyalty to friends, military cover ups. The cinematography and the editing has put this film on the top 5 of my list. Thank you for making this movie
