Good concept...Abysmal execution.
One of the worst books I've read in a long time. The concept was brilliant and when I read the first chapter I thought oooo this is going to be good....and it just never took off. It feels like a collection of accounts that never really materialises into a gripping story. The characters aren't developed so you don't really care for any of them. The story skips forward in time constantly so you don't even get hooked into any particular part of any of it. It was painfully hard to finish and the ending isn't much better. I must be missing something looking at all these other reviews but I would only recommend this book to someone as punishment.
