In general I find this short docu-series lacks depth and although there is some research on interesting topics, the episodes are meant for easy consumption and sometimes realize on unfounded perceptions. I would have given this show a better rating because there is some really interesting content. However this review is specifically about season 2, episode 1. In this episode they discuss issues around focus. What is really problematic about this episode is they never explore ADHD in depth, and they join the train of poorly researched shows and add stigma to the use of prescribed medication. Of course medication should only be used as directed by physicians, and those who do not need it should not use it. The show could have easily added a line to the episode explaining that medication should only be used as directed and can be effective in helping those with ADHD manage their lives. For those with ADHD, rarely does it cause addiction and it does not "remove agency", in fact it may help them gain the agency to manage their, work and personal life.
