This is an absolute train wreck of a movie and the harsh truth is, only easily fooled and/or Jason Momoa fans will rate it highly.
The biggest problem is every step of the way the motives, choices, and actions of almost every character is unbelievable.
SPOILERS AHEAD
First we must ignore the fact that the inciting incident of the entire movie just doesn't make sense.
The entire catalyst of this movie is one Big Pharma company somehow bribes another to stop selling a highly desirable billion-dollar product.
As I'm sure shareholders, executives, and employees will be counting on these billions of dollars... what could you possibly bribe them ALL with other than... EQUIVALENT BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, which of course makes no sense.
And of course if you don't bribe every single person in that chain... well the shareholders, executives, and employees will be wondering where their piece of the billions of dollars of profits is and want clear answers why they stopped selling a product that can produce billions of dollars for them, silly.
But ok, ignoring the only reason for the movie to exist, there are many other silly points that I won't get into other than the twist ending...
Which is of course... Jason Momoa isn't really there. He's dead and it's his daughter killing people... the problem here is the movie starts with the daughter quite easily getting thrown around...
Yet we're to believe she's fighting highly trained personnel 2 or 3 times her size and is now quite successful at fighting, but couldn't save her father from the first guy... it doesn't just stretch plausibility, it destroys it.
