I’m just gonna start of by saying I’m not a hardcore anime watcher maybe picking up 1 or 2 every once and awhile. I can say without a doubt a classic amazing rom com anime even if you’re not into rom coms or anime. High recommend whether you’re a long time or first time watchers. Even being made in 2008 it’s what a call a one season banger(which unfortunately this one is bc I wish there was more).The anime perfectly introduces the main and main supporting characters with giving the right amount of backstory and introduces their character arc at the same time without flashback (which to me is a certain art of great writing). And the best part is yes even though there are the main character story arc that are highlighted the supporting characters arc are squeezed in perfectly to led to the development of the main characters. This anime has all the rom com clichés love triangles, heartwarming moments, relatable, perfect representation of the “slice of life”, tear jerking, conflicts and fights. If u haven’t seen get to it you won’t regret it.
