No offence meant towards Pepe Burgaleta, but the illustrations contained in this book are a waste of time and money. They resemble a primer book for children just learning to read.
Grand Prix means "The Grand Prize" The highest accolade, the pinnacle of achievement. The motorcycles ably represented by the wonderful Mr Kevin Cameron are worthy of serious in-depth study.
From overall concepts to the macroscopic and even microscopic, these bikes showcase engineering so exceptional, it is closer to art or magic than cold metal.
This book needs to be updated with Photographs.
May I respectfully suggest a careful rewrite, with expanded details on the changes made, and a few hundred pages of photographs. This book has the potential to be a massive historical document, a technical workbook and an inspiration to current and future generations of engineers, riders and enthusiasts.
