This movie was more cringe than that Grubhub commercial. The only reason I watched this movie was because my siblings wanted to see it and they may have enjoyed it but I think it was beyond awful. Like many other people mentioned, the plot is one of the worst ever even for a kids movie. The names and superpowers they made for the kids are a pile of uncreative garbage and I think even with a lackluster lineup of heroes they could have still made something a bit interesting but they still managed to screw it over so badly. And the damn ship they did with Lavagirl and Sharkboy was one of the cringiest things I've seen yet (something out of a fanfic or worse). So overall, it's just plain bad and a waste of time but I put a lot of the blame on the writers because this is one of the most uncreative and worst movie plots ever. And I feel that the actors could've done a lot better but it is what it is.
