Beautiful, poignant, moved me to tears. The schism, finding one's self as a young immigrant amidst peer pressure and the harsh changes at home. Making mistakes as a young child, at no point is this a portrayal of sexuality gone awry. If I find anything distasteful in the discussion about this movie, it's the way "Toddlers and Tiaras" seems accepted and this movie is crucified. This is real, raw, interesting, sad and endearing. Welcome to humanity.
