It was entertaining. A rib tickling bohemian adventure.

It's blunt. Good cast. Probably not for everyone and not your kids. I had to watch it a second time and picked up all the subtlety. I can imagine it's pretty close to the real story, which is sick and twisted. A real horror story. That's why it's uncomfortable.
