The remake version is a joke. No one can fill the shoes of Tom Selleck....no one! Just look at his Blue Bloods now in its tenth season. Jay Hernandez isn't even close to being in the same league as Tom Selleck. Not to mention Higgins as a woman. They should just leave the classics alone!
