Boring gameplay and an underutilized setting, the story is decent but doesn't have room to breathe with the flat, boring (yet beautiful) world in this game, everything looks good, but after a few hours you'll realize how lifeless the world actually is due to the static pedestrians and inane traffic, the gameplay itself is a mishmash of an RPG/looter shooter, with some stealth and hacking, it tries too much and never really succedes at any of it, pair with some of the dullest AI and bullet sponge enemies, and you're in for a tedious 60-80 hours of underwhealming shooting, weak melee and hit or miss stealth mechanics. Buy it in a sale when the game is actually finished, I'd say a year or so before, right now it's in a laughfabul state and you'll just have to wait for the fixes anyway.

I just wish there was more of it.

Actually thinking about it, it's just fan service and damage control, it's woefully inept at delivering a consistent plotline, and it's way to short for all the plotlines established in prior movies to be wrapped up, mysterious characters who actually seemed interesting were just thrown out the window, if it wasn't for the decent acting and good CGI, I would give this a 1, don't see this movie.
