Always enjoyed the show until this latest offering. The writers have always played fast and loose with the facts, they have to to make watchable TV, however this year they have rewritten Welsh history in a very unkind manner, Alfred was depicted as a pious, clever man, Hywel Dda was similar, a contemporary of Alfreds, but we see a fool, weak leader and one who failed to keep his kingdom from the Danes, come on folks, the only impression you left me with was that your writters have a very poor and illeducated view of the Welsh and their history.
