Harmony korine is a brilliant filmmaker! I absolutely love his directing style and mister lonely is truly awesome. This film is about broken dreams about mental illness about pursuing your dreams about isolationism loneliness being a leader and being a follower and learning to discover your own identity!

Production design was excellent the cinematography was fantastic the script is nothing amazing or out of this world. The acting is pretty good. I took a risk watching this, very interesting camera angles and very interesting camera work. It’s a romance drama with a tiny bit of horror, but there isn’t much horror ! I think the filmmakers put way more effort into the production design and cinematography then in the script!

Thought it was very good very well done very well written very well directed and examines our psychological obsession and fascination with human violence and or a comic book of violence and how we desire violence on cinema in comic books and in stories and novels and also how the desire and fantasy can come to life in reality... how does one balance regular everyday life with which goes into a comic book? All kinds of violence even protests that happen in real life also occur in comic books but what is truly the balance between the two??! I think there is a fundamental difference between expressing your anger your rage your violent desires on screen into a comic or a script and actually doing them in real life and that’s what this film shows or demonstrates ..... the same goes for extreme heavy metal music ... what you expressed in the lyrics and in the music is one thing but actually bringing it to life in reality is another....? Very fascinating film about abstract expressionism through our violent subconscious

A truly stunning gem coming from a female Iranian filmmaker as an Iranian independent filmmaker myself I found this film suspenseful intense emotional gripping a unique a story of profound meaning and depth I found many elements and influences of Kubrick Polanski and even David Lynch in this film ! It was totally awesome 👏 Ana lily Amirpour, The black-and-white cinematography makes this film even more stunning ..fantastic work ! I look forward to seeing more of your films !

I thought it was a very interesting psychological thriller horror film about psychotic post traumatic disorder after losing a baby at birth when you give birth to twins.... also a lot of themes of schizophrenia the acting was OK the script was not bad the direction was not bad either overall thought it was a good film nothing magnificent nothing fantastic but it was a very well-made horror film the plot is not that complex but the ending does leave it open to a sequel !

One of the most magnificent psychological mystery thrillers I have seen in 2020 brilliant script excellent acting awesome cinematography this movie really makes you think about miscarriages about abortion it also makes you think hard about what it’s like to have a mentally ill child born into the world from rape..... It also shows how humans can lie to an unborn child that doesn’t exist and pretend to show them a world of happiness...... Screwed up children grow up mentally ill and may end up terrorizing their parents or causing crime on the streets.... or end up in a mentally ill psych ward.... this film challenges those questions about Whether to have kids after having several miscarriages it also has challenges about keeping a child from a rape........ Big on Nietzsche ....!

I thought the cinematography and the writing was decent a lot of the sequences were dragging too much overall it was an okay film I give credit to the director for the terror and horror and what the general did to the indigenous native American Indians during the genocide which was explained in the story it was a decent horror film!

Excellent story , very strong feminist views of female revenge towards rape and sexual assault by married men..... incredible camera work , spectacular editing, pacing , cinematography, bloody as hell , acting was very good ! And metaphors were outstanding ! Damn good revenge film !

It was an intriguing horror film.... definitely not a “ masterpiece “ ... nothing astounding or mesmerising..... but it is a slowly burning story that displays surrealism about the struggle of plagues, illness , and how humans are collapsing mentally in society...... the dialogue in the very beginning of the film in the dinner table explains what happens in the rest of the movie ...... an odd execution of horror, but i liked the approach ..! Not bad !
