Game looks beautiful, and is fun to play. However, the ridiculous/idiotic story beats take away 4 stars. Joel... someone who knows there are people looking for him just offers his name... that alone ruined the story for me

This review has nothing to do with the quality of the show. It is well made and an interesting story. The thing you need to realize is that it is a complete work of fiction. "Based on true events" is used more loosely than I have ever seen it in the past. After reading the official case files and the testimonies of those involved (even the accused), I think it's an understatement to say that this show take some "artistic liberties" with the source material. I caution those watching the show to take everything you see with a grain of salt. I also encourage you to research the riot on your own, so you can see what blatant propaganda this is. That being said, it is well made. It's just a shame it's all made up.
