definitely a series that keeps you hooked right till the end. the characters, the artists, the story and the cinematography meld perfectly in creating this visual treat. I'd be amiss if don't mention that out of all the artists, Pankaj Tripathi's performance stands out like a shining beacon. so incredibly believable and perfectly enacted characters are hard to come by. And for that, Pankaj Tripathi deserves an applause and a special mention dedicated just to him.

What a brilliant, brilliant sitcom! absolutely unparalleled, spot-on and witty screenplay...no matter how many times i run and re-run it on Prime, it never gets old, boring or trite...it's baffling to think this masterpiece was created with such accuracy and such cleverly crafted satirical plots, in the early 80s! back then, people only understood slapstick humor. Another one that i park on the same list that contains - Downton Abbey, Potter series , South park, American horror story and so on...work worth 'collecting' , in their respective genre.
