I think the movie was okay, but I think it was terribly executed. There were times during the film that I was frustrated, and confused as to what was going on. At the beginning of the film I was trying to make sense of what was going on. I started off thinking that the dad was a delusional paranoid lunatic who was sheltering his daughter from the outside world, and everything was all in his head. As the film progressed things started to make a little more sense. And it became evidently clear that her dad really was trying to protect her. And that things that I assumed before were just her imagination were actually happening. I think the acting was good and Chloe did an amazing performance. I thought the end was pretty good. The movie just would’ve been a lot better if they explained things a lot better and later things out more clearly in the beginning. I’m assuming they didn’t make things more clear to add suspense.
