People complaining about this film being too confusing are missing the point. It’s a densely layered, metaphysical film that you just have to sit back & be immersed in. Everything; from the score to the action set pieces to the soaring cinemaphotography, all are both an assault on the senses but also breathtaking in how audaciously ambitious this world is, that Nolan has created. I believe repeated viewings will be immensely rewarding. Also what a top notch cast, I thoroughly enjoyed this film!

This movie is enjoyable for what it is: a blockbuster superhero movie. Will it win any Oscars? Absolutely not. But it’s a perfectly entertaining way to pass a couple of hours. I give it a solid 3.5/5
