This movie was little bit of a disappointment. I thought it was going to be a little bit better. It didn’t explain how she became an avenger and how she got the name of Black Widow. It wasn’t really about Natasha, it was more about her family. It honestly felt like Scarlett Johansson didn’t get many speaking parts. I think Florence Pugh was really the star of the movie. It had lots of action and some laughs, I thought it was funny that Yelena cursed so much but I don’t think the dad really took anything seriously which I thought was a little annoying. I was a little confused as some parts because it didn’t explain so much. Also, I didn’t like how it was about girl power and so much feminism. It kind of felt like they were giving the audience an example of sex trafficking. When they used the red stuff that meant they got out of Dreykov’s control, which was strange. I didn’t like how he was treating anyone. I also didn’t like how there was only like a few male characters in the movie. I’d rather watch male superhero movies, even if I am a girl, then female movies. It was very dramatic and I was confused because I didn’t know if the parents and Yelena were Natasha’s real parents. The post-credit scene was the only interesting thing about the movie. I like how it will help us learn more about the Hawkeye series. All and all, if I could give this movie a 1 through 10, I would give it a 4-5/10 because this movie didn’t need to be made if she’s already dead, and it didn’t explain much about Natasha.
