There are people here who have criticized the show for deviating from the original text. But, as a creative unit/individual, one has the license to interpret or reframe a narrative, provided as an art form it has aesthetic value. The acting has been brilliant, so has been the screenplay. Appreciate the show just for that. It has not really demeaned other characters. Pandavas were opportunists, casteist, bigots, and downright disrespectful to women. 1st they used draupadi when five of them divided her among themselves, then pawned her at the game of dice. They were hypocrites. It's good that someone has endeavored to show them what they truly we're.
