This story needed to be told because it has been buried in history. We now know what happed to Black Wall Street in Tulsa but we always suspected that other groups were affected by the greed of oil wealth in OK back in the 1920s. This movie depicts the greed that men and women would resolve themselves to in order to take wealth from others. While the movie is three hours, I think it took that much time to depict the bad and the good that evolved from these events. The founding of the FBI and the integration of the Texas Rangers into the force was a fact that few many have realized. Lily Gladstone was superb, and you cannot discount the performances of DiCaprio and DeNiro. The ending was interesting and I will not detail it here...but it was pretty cool.
