The film is not worth the time, as it does not give any fresh perspective on Dr. Manmohan Singh. It lacks continuity, story-telling and any kind of political revelation that the audience may want to experience. Neither does it focus on Singh's relationship with Sonia Gandhi or any other politicians so to speak. At times it is even confusing as to who is the protagonist of the film. Is it Singh or Baru (Akshaye Khanna)? Since the film is entirely based on the latter's outlook. And we are not interested in his biassed opinion, are we? Not to mention the censored scenes which only confuses the plot further (actually there is no plot at all) The only saving grace - performances of the two leading actors. Kher's mimicry of Singh's voice is rather over the top. Verdict - Don't watch
