Godzilla KotM was indeed a great movie. The introduction to the monsters was very impressive to see & they have a lot of screen time, the battles between the monsters was incredible & immersive. The people in the movie were fine as well, generic but not boring. I liked Kyle Chandlers character but it was Ken Watanabe character that was the most compelling and sincere that I like the most. O’Shea Jackson Jr did surprisingly well also. Now the sounding was a bit off/loud in some places but don’t let that stop you from watching the movie itself. Loved how they actually stuck to the origins/mythology of the monsters too and the classical soundtracks of the monsters from the past movies. In all it’s a great movie to take the family out & go see. Don’t let the critics & nay sayers sway you from going and seeing this movie. Does it have its faults? Yes, but every movie has that. Not one movie is perfect. Be sure to stay till the very end also for a post credits scene. In my review I would give this a solid 8/10
