Simply an embarrassment of a Star Wars film.
The Force Awakens was a good film and a good Star Wars movie. The Last Jedi was a good film and not-so-good Star Wars movie. The Rise of Skywalker is neither a good film or a good Star Wars movie. Plot-holes left and right, retcons here and there, and decisions made by the writers which were so awful you're left asking if they've ever seen a Star Wars movie.
