This movie really isn't that bad. The idea of superheroes affecting the economy, government and trade market is derivative and somewhat interesting. The conflict between Batman & Superman is tense and riveting. And we are introduced to the new Wonder Woman.
So, what dogs this blockbuster flick down? The unnecessary exposition. Exposition isn't a bad thing, but this film takes it a little too far. You'd have to be a Wall Street stock broker to understand what is happening in 95% of the scenes with "tension" involving trade and economy. In addition, there are too many scenes with Clark Kent in them that make little or no bearing on the story.
I'd give the film a 5.5/10. Nothing that you need to rush out and stream right now, but maybe worth seeing for very, very cheap. And not worth rewatching 5 times in a month.
