This movie portrays the very essence of rural India. The simplicity, sincerity, kindness and innocence of people which is rare to absent in today’s modern world. This Marathi movie makes me so proud about our community and the very sense of belonging here makes me feel so good. The story is a silent wisdom. It conveys so much without even saying anything. It’s all about the good deeds of a man and not his acquisitions or wealth. And yes, I loved the acting of little girl(who plays daughter of the lead) and OMG she’s so cute! 👎I’m just going to be brutally honest. Marathi movies are expected to be quality content, good story line and the right message. This movie is stupid to the core and to top it all it has a bizarre message. I would have forgiven every stupidity and silliness but till the end I was expecting the right message to be conveyed, which never happened. I understand they want to show the hidden realities of the society but end of the day they should clearly reflect what’s right and wrong. I guess nowadays it’s all about commercialization and nothing to do with what people take back home with them. I would appeal to the industry to look at Movies like Mumbai Pune Mumbai series. Although it’s a whole different concept but still end of the day I feel people come out with a better mind set about life. I can’t miss applauding Jitendra Joshi’s acting though. I’m going to render 2 stars just for Jitendra Joshi. He was the show stopper all the way through. In a nutshell 👎A real waste of time.
