It's insulting to the memory of Rock Hudson, specifically, and all the kept out, kept down and, locked out people of color and non-heterosexuals who fought for decades for recognition in the film industry. All the period details, bright colors and cute actors in the world cannot change this shameful history or this ridiculous series.
