First impression:
I watch half of episode 1 (due to my situation) and it just amazing. Jon Favreau (and Taika Waititi, all other directors and writers) really understand the spirit of Star Wars, from the western feelings to the spectacular space opera.
Other praises:
-The acting was great, especially Pedro Pascal (No surprise). His effort to make Mando a speechless Mandalorian is astounding
-The cinematography seems so cinematic.
-The narrative is flawless
-The disguises are cool and metallic, very Mandalorian
-The lines succeed all the points of a great script
-The visual is fantastic
And also, all this material creates a very natural world-building.
There is an abundance of praises I want to give this series, Jon Favreau and Taika Waititi but I've just watched half of episode 1.
Another thing, as a Star Wars fan, I can see the series potential to add variety and interests to the Star Wars universe (Especially the dying, none-diversity Disney's Star Wars sequel franchise)
