It has dedicated chapters to studying and speed reading which i was super excited to read and learn the methods.
However it didnt deliver quite as much as it said.
Most of the methods chapters on memory, study, focus and other stuff is talks about how successfull and happy people were after taking his workshops and seminars and there was so little dedicated to actually explaining useful and applicable stuff. Sometimes it almost felt like you are reading an advertisment for his seminar. Which is understandable considering he is making a living off of them and not actually the book itself.
But in general not a bad book. Chapters on motivation and mindset were intersting and usefull.
But regarding the methods there are dedicated books to each if the methods which are so much more in dept and useful and applicable.
