Calling the show “Walker” was the first mistake. It has no similarities to the original other than the name and both are Texas Rangers. Padelecki is very weak in this role as is his character. Other than ridiculous facial grimacing, his acting is flat. (I liked him on Supernatural.) His costar has far greater presence. The writing is pitiful. I keep hoping that it will get better, so far it hasn’t. Chuck Norris needs to show up and deliver a beat-down to all involved!
