I understand your anguish about Afghanistan's dire problems and American evacuation but I believe you are truly putting blame where it doesn't belong. America TRIED to help the nation but it is NOT responsible for their unending civil war. If intelligence failed to reveal how prepared the Taliban was to overtake the nation, that is not "Biden's" failure: it is the mistaken belief we could bring democracy to a nation that could never implement that political framework. America will evacuate and they are not "cow-towing" to the Taliban. The Taliban has said you can take your people out. And so far they have allowed it. Are we supposed to say "No, we'll just start fighting?"
