I love how interactive it is and how it makes me feel like I’m back in time in our own history and not a fantasy universe.
It makes me feel like I’m the one in the game.
(Example:You brew your own potions by looking at a recipe book and reaching for those ingredients, have to use an hour glass to time the cooking)
( example: You can sharpen your weapons using a grind wheel and actually control the angle and speed)
The cons are that it’s a bit buggy but all in all, those things can be fixed.
I like that it gives me a challenge by eliminating auto save for the most part, if you die, you restart from the last save.
You’re not some prodigy who is great from the beginning but you’re an average young guy with basically no skills, you have to train and learn pretty much every skill just like a real person would if they wanted to excel.
It makes you feel more relatable to the character and I love that in-depth feeling.
Plus I love me some romance in my games so that’s also a plus.
