Solid fun and a solid reminder that the X-Men are coming home

MUCH better than the third one. It really put in the extra time to expand the world and get back in the game.

I don't think I'll ever understand why this is a cult classic. There's so much nothing in this movie that it is a chore to watch.

I love this show and it was my favorite as a teenager. The reason I didn't give it the full five stars is because the last two seasons really drop in quality. Nonetheless, it is a fun celebration of nerd culture just before that got big. It's a lot of fun and rewards you for knowing more, but doesn't force you to.

If you don't like Star Trek aesthetic, this is not the show for you. While I get that it's just a jumping off point for the themes explored, man is it too much. Plus, Seth McFarlane can only take one so far.

If you treat this as more of an alternate universe version of events, this is really not bad. And they do get a lot of stuff right. But they also miss or gloss over a lot that could have helped them. So overall, it was alright. Definitely better than what we got in 2010!

Yet another nearly 3-hour movie that took way too long to get to the point. This movie is about 85% talking. It's just boring. I'm sorry to say it, because I also really wanted a great send-off for Chadwick. But this is not it. Granted, the visuals of this movie are good stuff. You can tell they wanted to take a page from different creators than they usually do. There are also plenty of subtle hints that silently worldbuild. Still, there were some big moments that brought the whole thing down in the wrong way for me.

I expected nothing from this movie and certainly not what I got. Really, I just thought this was going to be the usual. Even if you don't like it, you have to agree it takes a different approach. Personally, I loved how it all came together. Don't expect a perfect retelling of a comic; it's its own thing. But, really fitting for a Joker movie.

What a fun and smart ride this movie was the whole way through. Will watch again
