This movie is okay, but it is all wrong, it doesn't follow the books storyline at all, the only thing it has in common with the books are Jake and Roland, yet there is so much more they have missed and changed, there are eight books and a short story that make up the complete series, they should have got Peter Jackson to direct the making of the dark tower as he did an excellent job with the lord of the rings, they should have turned each book into its own movie, then you would get the full scope and range of the series, don't get me wrong, its not the worst movie out there, but with the special effects around today, they could have made it much much better
